The Mumbai HC has said to take instant action and not depend on independent investigation of Gauri Lankesh. Further out of the three accused arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation Rohit Rege has received bail after CBI fails to file charge-sheet. The case started back in August of 2013, when Dr.Dabholkar out on a morning walk was shot down by two unidentified gunmen near Omkareshwar temple, Pune at 7:20 AM IST. The police had stated that it was under suspicion that it was a planned murder because the assailants were aware Dabholkar stay in Pune.
