An interview with Mr.Rajesh Manager of Taste of South Resturant, Amravati

In the monsoon season of 2018, Amravati has not seen a lot of rainfall. Due to this there has been a lot of water shortage in the city. To get a commercial perspective on how restaurants are dealing with this issue, students of IIMC reached out to the Manager of Taste of South, Amravati to get their views on the subject.

As per the Manager, the general population has been the most effected in this situation. he said that restaurants like us are able to pay a little fee and get more water available but for localities it has become a huge issue. on asking him what Taste of South is doing to contribute to the water shortage, he shared some interesting stuff with us.

He further added that apart from the water from the municipality they are also using a Bore-well and by paying a little extra water from the government too.

The interview helped us in understanding how even a small restaurant is able to stand on its feet and work without any hindrance.
